Role Purpose
Manage all operational administration to ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and support sustainable growth.
Main Outputs
- Coordinate office activities and operations for efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure strong performance.
- Work closely with operational management to identify improvements and reduce turnaround times for better customer satisfaction.
- Ensure administration supports contractual and governance compliance.
- Develop strategies and operational objectives.
- Provide governance oversight for regional administrative compliance.
- Assist operations with administrative queries.
Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must meet these requirements:
- National Diploma in Finance / Accounting
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Valid SA Driver’s License
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial background
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Outlook, and D365
