Admin Manager (Hinterland) – Ottosdal

Purpose of the Job

This role involves coordinating and processing administrative tasks in a retail branch. The goal is to ensure accurate recording and reporting of business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, and monitor administration reports from the SAP system.
  • Resolve queries from internal or external clients.
  • Authorize and reconcile credit notes.
  • Evaluate requests based on company policies and procedures.
  • Submit credit notes along with relevant reports.
  • Manage administration of stock control processes.
  • Handle all registers and expiry registers.
  • Generate stock-related reports from the system.
  • Prepare and process stock control registers and sheets on the system.
  • Coordinate and process employee information.
  • Inform staff about goals and objectives.
  • Manage administration staff working schedules.

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-matric qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a retail administrative environment, including 2 years in a supervisory administrative position.
  • Candidates with SAP knowledge will receive preference.
