Responsibilities

  • Manage financial documents and ensure company policy compliance
  • Handle client communication and office equipment maintenance
  • Provide secretarial support: filing, data entry, photocopying
  • Process timesheets, petty cash, and travel arrangements
  • Enforce safety procedures and report hazards

Requirements

  • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
  • Valid South African Code 08 driver’s license
  • Prior office experience preferred but not required
