Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient individual to lead the execution and monitoring of the Repatriation Hub. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supervising and handling administrative tasks
  • Data capturing
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Handling queries
  • Liaising with other agencies and stakeholders
  • Overseeing and processing documentation for funeral arrangements
  • Reporting
  • Ensuring the processing of benefits is correct and efficient
  • Receiving and arranging funeral bookings
  • Finalizing benefits
  • Assisting with asset management and stock control
  • Supervising staff

Requirements

Qualification Requirements for This Position:

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 years of admin experience
  • 3 years of funeral industry experience
  • 2 years of experience supervising a team or staff (advantageous)
