Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and resilient individual to lead the execution and monitoring of the Repatriation Hub. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supervising and handling administrative tasks
- Data capturing
- Filing and record keeping
- Handling queries
- Liaising with other agencies and stakeholders
- Overseeing and processing documentation for funeral arrangements
- Reporting
- Ensuring the processing of benefits is correct and efficient
- Receiving and arranging funeral bookings
- Finalizing benefits
- Assisting with asset management and stock control
- Supervising staff
Requirements
Qualification Requirements for This Position:
Qualifications
- Matric
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Knowledge and Experience
- 3 years of admin experience
- 3 years of funeral industry experience
- 2 years of experience supervising a team or staff (advantageous)
