Admin Coordinator – Walmer
Intercare Walmer Medical and Dental Centre in Gqeberha seeks an Admin Coordinator to provide professional customer service by managing patient administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify billing accuracy and information
- Manage stock control processes
- Maintain and review GOODX/SWITCH systems
- Supervise reception staff and schedules
- Ensure office equipment maintenance
- Oversee accounts follow-up procedures
- Identify issues using age analysis
- Manage daily cash control and banking
- Administer patient accounts
- Act as practice manager when required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification (minimum)
- Degree/diploma advantageous
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- GoodX system knowledge beneficial
- Computer proficiency essential
- MS Office 365 skills advantageous
