Admin Coordinator – Walmer

Intercare Walmer Medical and Dental Centre in Gqeberha seeks an Admin Coordinator to provide professional customer service by managing patient administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify billing accuracy and information
  • Manage stock control processes
  • Maintain and review GOODX/SWITCH systems
  • Supervise reception staff and schedules
  • Ensure office equipment maintenance
  • Oversee accounts follow-up procedures
  • Identify issues using age analysis
  • Manage daily cash control and banking
  • Administer patient accounts
  • Act as practice manager when required

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification (minimum)
  • Degree/diploma advantageous
  • 2-3 years administrative experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • GoodX system knowledge beneficial
  • Computer proficiency essential
  • MS Office 365 skills advantageous
