Role Purpose
Provide professional customer service by managing patient administration processes at our Tygervalley Medical and Dental Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify billing information accuracy
- Manage stock control systems
- Maintain and audit GOODX/SWITCH software
- Supervise reception staff and schedules
- Oversee office equipment maintenance
- Manage accounts follow-ups using age analysis
- Handle daily cash management and banking
- Lead practice operations in manager’s absence
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Grade 12 certificate
- Preferred: Degree/Diploma (advantages)
- 2-6 years office administration experience
- Healthcare industry exposure (beneficial)
- Proficient in MS Office (365 experience preferred)
- GoodX system familiarity (advantageous)
