Key Responsibilities

Admin Support:

  • Monitor regional activity plan progress and gather feedback from sales teams
  • Administer and track trading term contracts
  • Assist with stock management issues
  • Distribute internal and external communications
  • Compile management presentations
  • Manage office supplies and consumables
  • Address sales consultant inquiries
  • Reconcile regional reports
  • Coordinate sales team meetings and events
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Manage operational and campaign budgets
  • Maintain CMD process documentation
  • Assist with sales order allocation
  • Coordinate promotional liquor orders
  • Process vendor payments

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ administrative/secretarial experience
  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration preferred
  • 5 years’ multi-stakeholder administration experience
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Project management experience across multiple functions
  • Strong business report writing skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
