Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education
  • 2+ years experience in travel management
  • Proven understanding of public sector processes (Public Finance Management Act, Treasury regulations)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Process travel requisitions and coordinate with travel agencies
  • Verify and manage transport request forms (VA26A)
  • Issue official orders to service providers
  • Update traveler profiles and confirmation documents
  • Compile daily travel reports and maintain records
  • Manage invoice verification and payment processing
  • Maintain organized filing of all travel documents
