Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including record keeping, document management, and correspondence handling
  • Manage procurement processes: obtain quotes, process purchase orders, and oversee office supplies
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and component records
  • Support personnel administration (leave tracking, attendance records)
  • Assist with financial tasks including expense tracking and claims processing
  • Handle travel arrangements and telephone account management

Qualifications

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate required
  • 1-2 years of experience in asset management or similar administrative role
