Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including record keeping, document management, and correspondence handling
- Manage procurement processes: obtain quotes, process purchase orders, and oversee office supplies
- Maintain accurate asset registers and component records
- Support personnel administration (leave tracking, attendance records)
- Assist with financial tasks including expense tracking and claims processing
- Handle travel arrangements and telephone account management
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate required
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management or similar administrative role
