Job Objectives
- Understand online shopping operational environment
- Master order processing from placement to delivery
- Apply call center communication skills with active listening
- Coordinate effectively with customers, branches, distribution centers, and couriers
- Process credit applications and layby transactions
- Liaise with internal departments regarding orders, inventory, and service calls
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Education:
- Matric certification required
- Post-secondary qualifications advantageous
- Professional Experience:
- 3+ years general work experience
- Retail industry exposure preferred
