Job Objectives

  • Understand online shopping operational environment
  • Master order processing from placement to delivery
  • Apply call center communication skills with active listening
  • Coordinate effectively with customers, branches, distribution centers, and couriers
  • Process credit applications and layby transactions
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding orders, inventory, and service calls

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Education:
    • Matric certification required
    • Post-secondary qualifications advantageous
  • Professional Experience:
    • 3+ years general work experience
    • Retail industry exposure preferred
