Admin Clerk Position

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock variances administration
  • Process losses and write-offs
  • Maintain workplace organization and improvements
  • Control ISO procedures and Internal Control Checklists
  • Support annual Warehouse Budget preparation
  • Assist with daily and monthly stock takes
  • Coordinate loading/unloading of transport

Qualifications & Skills

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 1-2 years warehouse administration experience
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
  • Knowledge of warehouse SOPs and stock management
  • Strong attention to detail and administration abilities
  • Experience with SAP systems (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of ISO/HACCP systems
