About the Role:
The Admin Clerk will handle the processing of Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) and requisitions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is proactive and well-organized.
Job Purpose:
This role provides administrative support in the Factory Admin department, with a focus on procurement and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate requisitions between departments, following procurement policies.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries and fix any issues.
- Keep accurate records of stock movements and purchase orders.
- Ensure data in the system is correct and up to date.
- Handle basic administration and record-keeping tasks.
Job Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain administration.
- Good knowledge of SYSPRO ERP system, including GRV, purchase orders, and inventory modules.
- Strong understanding of GRV and requisition processes.
- Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
