Admin Clerk

Key Performance Areas

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle administrative duties for the Paarl Cluster.
  • Manage workshop consumables as needed.
  • Order spares and parts as required.
  • Perform day-to-day administration in the workshop.
  • Maintain PM master data when requested.
  • Create requisitions for all maintenance-related requests.
  • Create requisitions for all approved CAPEX and Abnormal Maintenance Requests for the Paarl Cluster.
  • Create job cards and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist with completing annual budgets.
  • Help capture budget information on the SAP system.
  • Support the audit process.
  • Conduct full stock takes.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification; a qualification in accounting is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Operational finance experience.
  • Competent in the use of SAP and Coupa.
