Main Purpose of the Position

Handle all administrative tasks effectively in the administration department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage
  • 2-3 years of experience in a trade branch is recommended
  • Valid driver’s license

Skills

  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strong communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Good numerical ability
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good sales skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain administration records
  • Manage daily fuel records
  • Process claims
  • Handle client orders
  • Prepare invoices and journals
