Role Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative processes for recruitment, selection, and placements
  • Prepare vacancies advertisements and process applications
  • Coordinate interviews and prepare appointment submissions
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Process employee movements (transfers, promotions, relocations)
  • Maintain HR statistics and records
  • Supervise interns within the HR unit
