Role Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes for recruitment, selection, and placements
- Prepare vacancies advertisements and process applications
- Coordinate interviews and prepare appointment submissions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Process employee movements (transfers, promotions, relocations)
- Maintain HR statistics and records
- Supervise interns within the HR unit
