Admin Clerk: HR Utilization Employee Relation and Wellness
Position Details:

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- A Valid Code B/EB Driver’s License (minimum requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Administer PMDS systems ensuring timely submission of performance contracts and reviews.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievance documentation and prepare venues for labour relations matters.
- Health & Wellness: Organize health screening campaigns for employees.
- Occupational Health & Safety: Conduct inspections and risk assessments, facilitate OHS programs.
- Training Support: Consolidate training needs and assist with development programs.
