Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Valid driver’s license (Minimum Code B/EB)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create vehicle files for new purchases using GG numbers and client details
  • Maintain and update internal vehicle register during ordering/delivery
  • Receive new vehicles from suppliers with required documentation
  • Conduct physical inspections for defects and component functionality
  • Verify vehicle specifications against client requirements
  • Manage paperwork handover to Fleet Logistics team
