About the Role

The Admin Clerk will perform general administrative tasks, handle creditors and HR administration, and provide relief cashier and reception support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide relief reception and cashier services professionally
  • File customer invoices accurately and promptly
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts for auditing
  • Organize month-end statements and maintain transaction records
  • Complete onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Support Skills Development and EE reporting
  • Maintain personnel files and process leave/disciplinary documentation
  • Assist with recruitment administration and job advertising
  • Capture GRN/CVR records and supplier invoices accurately
  • Process credit notes for returns and damaged goods
  • Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve supplier queries

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • N4-N6 in Business Management or Human Resources
  • 3 years of general administration experience
