Job Description
The Admin Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient department operations. This role is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals seeking hands-on experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform filing, data entry, and document management
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain databases and filing systems
- Support daily office operations including supplies management
- Assist with staff onboarding documentation
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in:
- Business Administration
- Office Management
- Human Resources
- Or related field
