Role Purpose

Oversee documentation processing, customer service interactions, payment handling, and showroom stockroom management to enhance sales revenue through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create positive customer experiences that build lasting relationships
  • Provide expert product knowledge and process guidance
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Handle goods returns and administrative processing
  • Manage catalog stock inventory and daily stock operations
  • Complete daily administrative reporting and documentation
  • Guide customers through account opening and order processes
  • Identify and activate new business opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric/NQF Level 3 or 4 certificate
  • Minimum 1 year retail and administrative experience
  • FAIS Act compliance (not currently debarred)
