Position Overview
The successful candidate will manage documentation, handle customer interactions, process payments/refunds, and maintain showroom operations to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service interactions and build positive relationships
- Maintain store visual presentation and housekeeping standards
- Process returns and oversee daily administration
- Manage inventory stock levels and catalogue alignment
- Guide customers through account openings and order processing
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Submit operational reports and documentation
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric/NQFL 3/NQFL 4 certification
- 1+ years retail experience
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Must meet FAIS Act fitness requirements
