Position Overview

The successful candidate will manage documentation, handle customer interactions, process payments/refunds, and maintain showroom operations to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service interactions and build positive relationships
  • Maintain store visual presentation and housekeeping standards
  • Process returns and oversee daily administration
  • Manage inventory stock levels and catalogue alignment
  • Guide customers through account openings and order processing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Submit operational reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric/NQFL 3/NQFL 4 certification
  • 1+ years retail experience
  • 1+ years administrative experience
  • Must meet FAIS Act fitness requirements
