Position Summary
We’re seeking an Administration Associate to handle documentation, customer inquiries, payments/refunds, and stockroom management at our Carnival Mall showroom. Your core focus will be enhancing customer experience to drive sales growth.

- Experience Required: 1+ years in retail administration
- Location: Gauteng
- Field: Administration / Retail Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Manage returns, payments, refunds, and store documentation
- Handle stock control and inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process new customer accounts and orders
- Support new customer acquisition initiatives
- Complete daily administrative tasks and reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12/Matric/NQFL 3-4 certification
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
