Position Overview

Oversee administrative operations, customer service, and stock management in our Golden Walk showroom to support sales growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create positive customer interactions and build lasting relationships
  • Provide expert product knowledge and guidance
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Process returns, payments, refunds and account credits
  • Manage stock inventory and daily catalogue updates
  • Handle all store administration and operational reporting
