Position Overview

Oversee customer service, documentation, and stockroom management to drive sales growth. Maintain retail operations and enhance customer satisfaction in our East London showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences to build loyalty
  • Provide expert product guidance and information
  • Manage store merchandising and presentation
  • Process returns, payments, and administer store operations
  • Maintain accurate stock inventory and catalog management
  • Handle new account openings and order processing
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 education
  • 1+ year retail experience
  • 1+ year administrative experience
  • Must not be debarred under FAIS Act
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
