Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage internal administration for the organization or specific tasks.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF4
  • Experience in the agriculture industry is recommended
  • Good with numbers
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Thorough, precise, and accurate
  • Always adding value to the role
  • Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards in administration
  • Handle goods received vouchers and complete invoices
  • Process stock claims
  • Minimize risks to the company
  • Issue GRVs for stock and monitor deviation reports
  • Assist in the audit process
  • Manage and control bank and petty cash
  • File relevant documents according to standards
  • Provide client service
  • Control stock
  • Perform other job-related administrative duties
