Job Purpose

To provide efficient and accurate administrative support for smooth retail branch operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
  • Administrative experience in retail/agricultural environment (advantageous)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive approach and ability to enhance administrative processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate branch administration
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Manage bank and petty cash transactions
  • Process goods received and complete invoice administration
  • Handle stock claims documentation
  • Ensure compliance for risk reduction
