To provide efficient and accurate administrative support for smooth retail branch operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Administrative experience in retail/agricultural environment (advantageous)
- Strong numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach and ability to enhance administrative processes
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate branch administration
- Support internal and external audits
- Manage bank and petty cash transactions
- Process goods received and complete invoice administration
- Handle stock claims documentation
- Ensure compliance for risk reduction
- Deliver excellent client service
- Perform general administrative tasks
