About the Role
iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with over 30 physical and online stores. We provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, business and education support, and technical assistance for all Apple products.
As an Admin Assistant, you will support the Admin/Operations Manager with stock control, asset management, and other administrative tasks. Your work will help minimise risk and ensure that all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Help maintain accurate asset records.
- Support the implementation of company policies and SOPs.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Completed Matric (a tertiary qualification is a plus).
- 1+ year of admin experience in a retail environment or a degree.
- 2+ years of admin experience in another industry.
Skills & Traits:
