Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- 1-year post-Matric certificate in Administration or related field
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties for the division
- Maintain asset registers and conduct quarterly spot-checks
- Manage bar-coding for new items and process loss/damage reports
- Implement governance and risk management procedures
- Ensure compliance with service delivery standards (Batho Pele principles)
- Liaise with Manager to resolve administrative processes
- Deliver accurate work within required timelines
