About the Role

Join iStore – Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller – as an Admin Assistant. You’ll provide operational support and maintain stock control systems while ensuring compliance with retail policies and procedures. This position reports to the Admin/Operations Manager at our Canal Walk store in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock control and asset management systems
  • Support retail operations to minimize business risk
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard procedures
  • Provide administrative support to store management

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years administration experience in any industry OR
  • 1+ years retail administration experience
