Role Overview

We seek an organized professional to provide administrative support to our General Manager and management team. This role requires exceptional coordination skills and attention to detail in a dynamic agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management reports and documentation
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes with action items
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and events
  • Maintain accurate data in centralized systems
  • Manage executive schedules and priorities
  • Handle confidential information appropriately

Essential Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Experience with data management systems (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
