Position Summary

Job Type: Full-Time
Education: Grade 12/Matric (Minimum)
Preferred Qualifications: Administrative/Statistical Certification or Degree
Experience: 1+ years in data management systems

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage data collection and entry using PMIS platform
  • Verify data accuracy and generate analytical reports
  • Maintain organized digital/paper records and databases
  • Produce monthly performance reports and progress updates
  • Coordinate communication between project teams

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data analysis software
  • Strong understanding of database management
