Experience: 1-3 years
Education: National Diploma in Administration (NQF Level 6) or equivalent

Requirements

  • Matric certificate with National Diploma in Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of POPIA, PAIA, and public sector regulations
  • Proficiency in office management and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience with document processing and meeting coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
  • Process correspondence and maintain document tracking systems
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and services
  • Prepare reports and maintain internal communication channels
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation
