Position Details

Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education Requirement: Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Certificate
Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage document control for departmental correspondence
  • Prepare meeting minutes and distribute official communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements per company policies
  • Organize meetings and manage logistics
  • Perform general office administration tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Matric certificate with office administration training
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
