Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications and feedback processes
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports
  • Process orders including logistics coordination

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate/NQF Level 4 equivalent
  • 1-2 years administrative experience (retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities
