We specialise in Operations Management and have trained managers for some of the world’s biggest companies. Our flagship product, ControliQ, is a SaaS application used by banks, government departments and private sector organisations to manage operations tasks and people more efficiently.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented, motivated young professionals to join our team through the YES4Youth Programme.

What is the YES4Youth Programme?

The YES4Youth Programme is a 12‑month, paid, on‑the‑job training initiative aimed at unemployed graduates in South Africa. It provides a first job experience, hands‑on work, skill development and a stepping stone to future employment.

Eligibility

• South African citizens aged 18 to 34
• Currently unemployed
• Not studying full‑time or part‑time
• Have not previously participated in the YES Programme

Fields of Study

Applicants should have completed a relevant degree, diploma or bootcamp in:

• Computer Science
• Software Development
• Software Engineering
• Business Analytics
• Data Science
• Business Informatics
• Other related technical fields

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic programming understanding
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably C#

Stipend & Programme Duration

Participants receive a competitive monthly stipend to cover living, food and transport costs. The programme lasts 12 months.
