Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement documentation and payment verification
  • Process supplier payments and month-end submissions
  • Maintain financial records using accounting software
  • Coordinate budget monitoring and account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and track expenditure patterns
  • Support asset management and committee administration
