Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement documentation and payment verification
- Process supplier payments and month-end submissions
- Maintain financial records using accounting software
- Coordinate budget monitoring and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and track expenditure patterns
- Support asset management and committee administration
