Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of Public Finance Management Act
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes
- Familiarity with Treasury Regulations
- Basic accounting skills (experience with BAS/JYP systems preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trust and vote accounts
- Process payment documentation
- Maintain financial records and reconciliations
- Support supply chain operations
- Oversee stationery stock and document security
- Assist with administrative functions as needed
