Core Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management
  • Implement procurement plans and demand management systems
  • Manage tender processes from specification to adjudication
  • Administer contract registers and supplier performance monitoring
Asset & Fleet Management
  • Maintain GRAP-compliant asset registers
  • Coordinate annual asset verification and disposal processes
  • Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and reporting
Financial Governance
  • Prepare supply chain payments and financial reports
  • Support annual financial statement preparation
  • Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance

Essential Requirements

  • Proven public sector procurement experience
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • Government procurement systems (EPS, CSD)
    • MS Office advanced skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fleet management experience
  • Financial system implementation knowledge
