Job Opportunity: General Assistant

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Minimum Education: Matric Certification
• Experience Level: Entry-level (General Assistant/Worker experience preferred)
• Location: Mpumalanga (Candidates within 25km radius preferred)
• Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through product guidance and problem resolution
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability
• Handle inventory management including receiving deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain clean workspaces including sales floors and storage areas
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Matric certificate
• No criminal record
• Physical stamina for standing and handling merchandise
• Strong communication skills
• Basic numeracy for cash handling
