Program Details

Qualification Opportunity: National Certificate in Food & Beverage Handling (NQF Level 2)

Learning Modules Include:

  • Milk reception & processing systems
  • Food safety standards & hygiene protocols
  • Cleaning procedures (CIP/COP)
  • Milk composition & quality control

Candidate Requirements

  • South African citizenship
  • Aged 18-29 years
  • Completed Matric certificate
  • No prior work experience required
