Job Field: Building and Construction, Engineering / Technical

Salary: R 594 939.60 per annum (Job Level 06)

Job Purpose: To maintain and construct roads and stormwater infrastructure.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Ensure daily work is completed to a high standard and meets council objectives.
  • Maintain and construct roads and stormwater infrastructure.
  • Monitor and supervise the use, application, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Perform driving activities.
  • Monitor and supervise staff activities.
  • Handle administrative and human resources related tasks.

Requirements:

  • N6 in Civil Engineering or a related qualification in the field.
  • Driver’s license with PRDP.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience.
