Position Overview

Core Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance programs for HVAC systems (preventative, corrective, operational)
- Oversee contractor performance and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise HVAC system installations and upgrades
- Manage project budgets and equipment lifecycle costs
- Coordinate emergency response for system failures
- Lead staff development in HVAC subsection
Essential Qualifications
- National Trade Test: Refrigeration/Mechanical
- N4 Technical Certificate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Required Experience
- Commercial HVAC maintenance (5+ years preferred)
- High-rise building systems management
- Electrical equipment maintenance
- Contractor/vendor management
