Intercare Northriding is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to enhance patient services in their Primary Care Division. This permanent position is crucial for ensuring smooth patient journeys and delivering excellent at the medical and dental center.


Key Responsibilities

1. Professional Telephone Services

  • Efficiently manage all incoming calls, offering friendly and professional service to patients.

2. Assisting Patients

  • Assist patients in completing forms and ensure that all required information is properly documented according to organizational policies.

3. Managing Patient Journeys

  • Oversee the patient journey from booking appointments to processing payments, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

4. Directing Patients

  • Guide patients to the appropriate services and professionals within the facility.

5. Maintaining Confidentiality

  • Ensure patient confidentiality by adhering to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

6. Organizing the Reception Area

Requirements
