Role Overview

As an in the COID Claims section, you will play a vital role in the administration and communication processes of injury on duty claims. Your duties will involve processing claims, maintaining records, and supporting various financial tasks related to COID administration.

Minimum Requirements

  • Higher in , , , Risk Management, or a relevant NQF Level 5 qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative work.
  • A COID Certificate is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Claims Administration: Execute administrative tasks to ensure injury on duty claims are processed in compliance with legal and procedural guidelines.
  • Communication Management: Handle communication tasks to keep all parties informed about the status and progress of injury on duty claims.
  • Pension Administration: Assist in administering annual pension payment increases for claimants.
  • Payment Processing: Support the processing of payments to service providers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive register for audit purposes, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
