Manager: Supply Chain Management (D2 Level)

Salary Range: R953,084 – R1,121,277 per annum (Total CTC)

Position Overview

Lead strategic supply chain operations to ensure efficient procurement and resource management in compliance with national regulations. Manage all aspects of supply chain processes including tenders, contracts, asset disposal, and travel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SCM policies and procedures
  • Oversee tender processes and RFQ management
  • Manage asset disposal and contract administration
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals
  • Ensure compliance with PFMA and Treasury regulations
  • Prepare detailed performance reports

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Supply Chain Management (NQF 7)
  • 4+ years public sector finance experience
  • 3+ years managerial experience in SCM
  • Honors degree preferred (NQF 8)
