Key Responsibilities
- Implement WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) policies and procedures
- Evaluate and approve WSP/ATR (Annual Training Report) submissions
- Conduct quality assurance checks on training programs
- Develop provincial staff capacity through training initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and advocacy campaigns
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields:
- Education & Training Development
- Human Resources Development
- Social Sciences
- Finance or Auditing
Experience:
- 4-6 years in training and development environment
- Skills development administration experience (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of skills development legislation
- Project management capabilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced work environments
