Key Responsibilities

  • Implement WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and approve WSP/ATR (Annual Training Report) submissions
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on training programs
  • Develop provincial staff capacity through training initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and advocacy campaigns
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12/Matric certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields:
    • Education & Training Development
    • Human Resources Development
    • Social Sciences
    • Finance or Auditing

Experience:

  • 4-6 years in training and development environment
  • Skills development administration experience (advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems

  • Project management capabilities
