Remuneration: R1,521,414 – R1,819,026 per annum (All-inclusive flexible package)

Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 8 qualification in Accounting/Auditing/Internal Auditing (SAQA accredited)
- Valid Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
- Current registration with Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
- 3+ years managerial experience in auditing
- Proficiency in English + one other official language
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
- Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement audit strategies aligned with SAPS objectives
- Create risk-based audit plans and quality assurance programs
- Manage IT audits, performance audits, and forensic investigations
- Present reports to Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee
- Oversee resource management for audit operations
- Ensure compliance with PFMA, SAPS Act, and MISS standards
