Position Overview

Organization: South African Social Security Agency (SASSA)
Position: Grants Administrator (Level 05)
Reference Number: SAS/MPU/25/19
Location: Lekwa Local Office
Salary Range: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (excluding benefits)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive customer care services for grant beneficiaries
  • Process and verify grant applications including beneficiary maintenance
  • Coordinate medical bookings and assessment schedules
  • Conduct off-site application services for clients
  • Manage document processing including scanning and file management

Minimum Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in relevant field (SAQA-recognized)
  • Proven computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Administrative/clerical experience (preferred)
