Position Details:
Locations:
– Botshabelo Local Office (Free State)
– Sasolburg Local Office (Free State)
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA
- Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Administrative/clerical experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process grant applications and maintain beneficiary records
- Provide customer care services for grant recipients
- Coordinate medical assessments and bookings
- Conduct off-site application support services
- Manage document scanning and file management
