Role Summary
Lead the implementation and development of MetricStream GRC platform for global risk management solutions. This dual role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project execution across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership:
- Define and execute GRC platform roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Establish data governance frameworks for information integrity
- Develop integrated reporting solutions using PowerBI
- Optimize risk, audit, and compliance processes
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams using Agile/Waterfall methods
- Coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors
- Conduct system audits and quality assurance checks
- Track performance through customized KPIs
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business/Risk Management + 10 years ERM experience
- Proven success with MetricStream implementations
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and compliance automation tools
- Global team leadership experience
