Exploration Manager

Location: Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of Congo

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DRC exploration programs including Joint Ventures
• Expand greenfield portfolio through strategic acquisitions
• Develop exploration strategies supporting Life of Asset 2026 plan
• Manage team of geologists and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with government regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Geoscience (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years mineral exploration experience (5+ in management)
• Copper-cobalt expertise with African operations experience
• Fluency in English (French advantageous)
